A great central location in Le Marais
Located half way between the famous Place des Vosges, and Hotel de Ville (Paris City Hall),
this apartment is a perfect base to visit the centre of Paris :
the whole historical Le Marais area, Notre-Dame de Paris, Bastille lively nightspot (including a modern Opera House), a crowd of small restaurants and shops of all kinds, etc...
are all within walking distance.Nearby metro line number 1 (nearest stations Hotel de Ville or St Paul) leads to Le Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, Concorde Square, the Champs Elysees, and La Defense's Grande Arche.

Bus line 96 leads in one direction to Notre-Dame de Paris, the Left Bank and many points of the Quartier Latin, like St Germain-des-Pres, all the way down to Montparnasse.
And in the other direction to the shops and art galleries of Rue de Turenne, and to the young and hip areas of rue Oberkampf and rue de Menilmontant.

Renovated recently, this apartment offers good comfort in a nice decor.
It can sleep one or two persons comfortably (the bed is no sofa-bed with a thin mattress,
it is made of two single beds with regular, comfortable mattresses).

Cupboard to hang clothes in living room, shelves on each side of fire place.
Round cafe table with two chairs.
Tiled kitchen corner with porcelan sink,
refrigerator/freezer and washing machine below the induction electrical burners,
tableware and kitchenware in the cupboards.
Finely tiled shower room with large nozzle, wash-basin and toilet.

Linen and towels are provided for.

Availability - Rates

Available for short term stays : roughly 1 to 4 weeks, sometimes more
3 nights only is also possible, but the average nightly rate is then higher..

High season all-in rate for one week (7 nights) for 1 or 2 persons :
690 euros (or 630 euros in the low season), payable in advance.

This includes the rent, utilities, reasonable electricity (12 euros per week), DSL high speed access to Internet, television service, relocation and final cleaning fees.

If available a cell phone with a French number can be rented at 1 euro per day (for the phone and the SIM card - phone calls financed with a prepaid card are an additional cost) with a 50 euros refundable safety deposit.
Refundable key and safety deposit as usual in France.
Solid references available.
